The transfer of the goods to the shipping service DHL happens latest the next business day after receipt of the payment on our bank account or receipt of the Email notification of a payment by Sofortüberweisung.de. A shipment notification Email will be sent by the shipping service automatically to the recipient by Email.
Responsibility / transfer of risk
After the goods have been picked up by the respective shipping service, you must pay attention to status messages and respond appropriately in case of problems. The status messages will be sent by the shipping service only to the specified Email address, which has been used to register the account in our shop. Please keep a watch on your spam folder too.
We ship generally EXW from Germany. All costs (shipping, customs charges, address changes, etc.) must be paid by the receiver. After the handover of the goods to the shipping service the invoice recipient is responsible for transport and delivery.
DHL Shipping / delivery time
In case of shipping by DHL, you should expect a delay of 1 to 2 working days since the daily collection of packets is not guaranteed! The exact shipping cost will be calculated according to the processing of your order and listed in the invoice.
GERMANY: DHL Package Standard, with online tracking, running time approximately 1 to 3 working days after collection. INTERNATIONAL: DHL World Package Premium, online tracking, delivery time approximately 5 to 15 working days after collection.
